SHIPPING POLICY

FULFILLMENT ORIGIN
Orders are fulfilled by our suppliers in China and shipped to Canada.

CANADIAN SHIPPING
Standard shipping is CA$12 per order. Canadian orders of CA$499 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Small items: approximately 6–12 business days.
Large items, including chandeliers: approximately 12–39 calendar days.
Delivery time depends on the product, not the order value. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; calendar days include weekends and public holidays.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Processing and transit times may vary by product. Confirm the timing for a particular product with us before ordering if you need it by a specific date.

TRACKING AND SHIPMENTS
Tracking information is provided when available. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Use Track Your Order in our navigation or contact us for help.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
The rates above apply to Canadian delivery. Do not assume delivery is available outside Canada; contact us before placing an order to another destination.

ORDER PROBLEMS
For a delay, missing delivery, or an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@hearthvern.com with your order number. Do not send goods back without instructions. Please also review our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.
